In nice working condition and in great original condition. Signed on back side by Maker Payson Mfg. Co. and has a 1876 Patent date. Folding arm locks window in place by pulling small spring loaded button on the end of the arm. Measures 2-9/16″ wide x 2-1/8″ when in the locked position.
