Rare cast bronze door knob by P&F Corbin in the Melrose pattern Designed for The University of Chicago by Henry Ives Cobb. Knob in very nice original condition , a few minor dings by rim edge and the sides look like tarnish streaks from original lacquer finish being removed , they are not scratches , Knob measures 2-1/4″ in diameter and takes a 1/4″ threaded spindle..
