Rare circa 1840 mortise door latch in very nice working condition , interesting concept with this mortise with ability to slightly adjust back set that is approx. 3″ to 3-1/8″+ brass face plate 13/16″ x 2-1/2″. We will include an early brass or Iron strike with each mortise. Mortises work like the day they were made. SIX AVAILABLE
